PLAN YOUR VISIT
On Halloween night, Woodstock, long a symbol of counterculture and myth, transforms with folkloric Americana ritual. Washington Irving’s world comes alive on the Village Green, where a small-town costume parade collides with creative abandon—set against the haunting, late-autumn backdrop of the Catskills.
For one night only, The House That Haunts You opens inside a historic Byrdcliffe studio, amid the ghosts of America’s original art colony.
This is both a destination and a visitation.
Arrive with intention: stay at one of the inns in town, or retreat deep into the woods to embrace the magic and transformative power of the mountains.
Those who arrive will witness.
